Although honey bees are crucial to producing about one-third of all the food we eat, the Department of Agriculture has failed to meet crucial research needs to determine the cause of colony collapse disorder, which is devastating hives across the country. Urge the Department of Agriculture to act now to save bees.

Please reduce/discontinue the use of pesticides which cause illness to bees and their colonies. Pesticides do not increase yeilds of crops when you consider the costs and the death of species that are helpful to crops. Insects often become immune but not the gentle bees.
Our future healt and welfare is completely dependent on the survival of bees!!!
